To Enter the Free Credit Hours, please click on the link below:

Login screen using your User Id and Password. If you do not know your User Id and Password, click on the button Click Here to Get One.

Select the term for the credit hours being entered. In your case, summer II and 2004.

Then indicate, using the radio buttons, which forms for which you are entering or updating data. Then click on the submit button.

The screen below is displayed asking you to confirm the forms you are completing. Click ok if correct.

The next screen asks you to select the form for entry. Please double click on the form.

In the example show below, the lines that were entered for the summer are displayed. If you would like to see the data, please click on the institution’s name.

If you clicked on the Institution’s name, the screen below is displayed for you to make changes to or print.

By clicking on the submit button from the bottom of the entry form screen, the question below will be displayed. By clicking OK, your data will be submitted.

The next screen is displayed after ok is selected.
