Note: The data is revised for historical purposes due to finding, in performance funding year 1999-00, that an ACT of 20 not 21 had been used in calculating the percent.  As of performance year 2000-01, the data is revised to include an ACT score of >= 21.  The measure assesses the percent of first-time entering freshmen who take the SAT or ACT who meet or exceed the Commission approved target score.  An SAT score >= 1000 and an ACT score >=21 are the approved targets.
