Committee to Advise Performance Funding and Assessment (CAPA)
The CAPA was formed to work across sectors to deal with common issues related to performance funding and assessment, and to provide advice regarding those issues to the Planning and Assessment Committee of the Commission on Higher Education. All sectors of higher education in South Carolina are represented on CAPA.
